INTRODUCTION

In the present work, an investigation was carried out on the tenas proposed in the work

guide in which the assignment and functions of the established works were detailed, a

specific topic was taken, the established reference was analyzed, analyzing which are

the main failures and disclosed that Colombian companies go through in initiating

processes of innovation and commercialization of their products within the market.


OBJETIVOS
 Analyze and recognize the methods of approaching current markets.

OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO

 determine and analyze how companies can create value from their innovations.

 Design a report and a problem tree where the selected problem is identified.

ONCLUSIONS

The way companies today carry out different innovation processes and the way to create

value is important because it determines the determining factors of the company and the

way they analyze national and international markets to prevent future risks or problems

that may arise. present in the development of its logistics and commercial operations.
