I can confirm that CARTOON paid me a part of the flight ticket for CARTOON
CONNECTION in Québec – Canada (1st October to 4th October 2018) I lost my
original boarding passes but through this letter I confirm that I flew from………………………………..(city of departure) to…………………………(city of arrival) on the …………………..(date) and returned home on the……………………(date)
From January 1, 2007, Media imposes to us to present the boarding passes of
the people having travelled by our intermediary in order to justify these expenses to the Commission. We will consequently ask you to return us systematically your boarding passes for the outward and the return journeys for each one of your “Cartoon” missions. It is imperative to return us these documents by regular mail on your return, together with your invoice, and not to give them to us during the mission and this in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
