Should the company implement CRM for the entire

salesforce at once or in a phased manner? 

A4. It would be better for the company to implement CRM in a phased manner because

1. Since the earlier research on CRM solutions showed that 30-60 percent of CRM project failed, so
CRM solution should be implemented carefully.
2. Enough training should be given to the employees and enough time, so that they can adopt this
new technology and able to utilize it.
3. Implementing in phase manner allows company to take feedback, so that changes in CRM can
be made for getting better insight of the organization.
4. After the implementation of CRM, time bound, specific matrices and analytics must be set to
measure the progress of new system. The positive & negative result would help in adjusting the
system which would help to improve efficiency.
