Article Submission Guidelines

The Found8 Knowledge Blog is a knowledge-sharing platform consisting of topics relevant to

the Singapore and Malaysia innovation ecosystem. We feature content tailored to corporates,
startups, entrepreneurs and other interested readers for the purposes of educating, informing,
and entertaining our audience.

As a leading innovation co-working space provider and community, Found8 welcomes

submissions from guest bloggers. Please read the following guidelines before submission, and if
you have any questions, contact Laura, Growth Marketing Manager, at ​laura@found8.com​.

1. Content: ​We accept only original concepts and high-quality writing. We will not republish
anything that's been published elsewhere.

2. Audience:​ Our audience ranges from corporate professionals to founders to freelancers and
the interested public.

3. Word count:​ Our blogs are ideally within the word count of 300-1,500 words. Please be
concise and consider overall readability, and focus on actionable advice.

4. Style:​ Article reflects the writing style/tone of our Knowledge Blog. We aim to be casual, yet
helpful, and relate to the audience in an easy-to-understand, accessible style. Please use
English as the main medium of language. Check the Found8 Knowledge Blog for other articles
on the same topic and ensure your written piece provides new information for readers, follows a
fresh angle, or offers suggestions.

5. Format and editing:​ All submissions will be edited for correct grammar.

6. Links:​ Do provide proper attribution of data, quotations and outside content referenced in the
article. We allow up to two (2) backlinks to your company’s website in the body of the post. We
will include the link to our Found8 home website and our other Found8 blog posts at our
discretion.

7. Images:​ We welcome images attached in your blog post submissions. Only royalty-free
materials and high-quality free stock images can be used.

8. Author biography:​ If needed, you may include a short bio (2-4 sentences) that can be added
to the post and linked to your company page or blog.
