Job Responsibilities
Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement;

Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution
accordingly;

Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of

capacity and maintain live production plans;

Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all orders.

Attending Pre production meeting for clarifying and ensuring all sorts of
technical issues.

Statistically analysis basing on various reports/data of productivity

monitoring for management appraisal.

Line Lay-out , Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Cut-Poly

(Every piece in account), Man-hour Control, Line/Process Capacity, Line
Target, Manpower and Machine Budget

Reporting Plan Vs Actual, P/L, Man-hour, DHU and skill matrix.

Full-time

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate.

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent
interpersonal relations

Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
