Subscriber, Usage & Revenue: Tracking and Analyzing business KPIs

across Mobility, Fixed Line & Jio Mart Businesses
Responsible for delivery of standardized and ad-hoc business
analytics requirements
Daily, weekly, monthly tracking of key performance indicators and
recommending/ taking specific actions on any deviation
Analyse customer behavior to identify factors affecting recharge
behavior and leveraging them to reduce churn/ enhance renewals
Revenue upgrade: Identifying and seizing opportunities for user ARPU
enhancement
Track and interpret competition through in-depth analysis of market
information as well as in-house data to scan the environment for new
business opportunities
