Anshuman Das
CEO & Co-Founder

Seasoned recruitment professional in the technology products industry. His areas of interest include
defining and establishing strong talent acquisition delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure
alignment with clients’ recruitment objectives and structuring long term partnerships.

A strong networker by nature, Anshuman set up CareerNet's search practice and has been instrumental
in leading the business to be one of the leading RPO and technology enabled search firms in the
country. He nurtured the service spectrum of Campus to Boardroom Solutions ahead of time. He also
serves on the Board of Top Rankers and IndiQube.

Rishi Das
Director & Co-Founder

Pioneer of the professional recruitment services industry in India and is credited with a series of vision-
firsts in the sector. With interest in the creation and implementation of new business models in the
recruitment industry, Rishi pioneered the concept of collaborative campus recruitment in India and
continues to plays a very active role in fostering a strong industry-academia ecosystem.

With a strong emphasis on nurturing the work ecosystem, after talent, Rishi envisioned the that
workspaces would be like ‘Growth Catalyst’ for evolving companies with integrity, innovation and value
at the heart of everything. Currently, Rishi is the CEO of IndiQube, a growth company in the managed
office spaces domain and on the Board of Top Rankers.
