Our Key People

Manish Sabharwal – Chairman


Prior to his current tenure in TeamLease, Manish Co-founded and was CEO
of India life Hewitt and Embrace (now Hewitt Outsourcing Asia). He is also
Vice Chairman of Icap India, a joint venture with Icap plc and India’s largest
wholesale fixed income and foreign exchange firm. He graduated from
Shriram College in Delhi and has an MBA from Wharton School.

Ashok Reddy – Managing Director


Ashok Redddy was co-founder of the India Life Hewitt, which was India’s first
HR BPO firm, and which went on to be Asia’s largest. He started his career
with ICICI Securities. Ashok grew up with teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurthy
at Rishi Valley School, graduated from Shriram College, Delhi and got a
management degree from IIM, Bangalore.
