You will be joining a group of companies that has just celebrated 25 years in
business, but we are by no means a traditional type company. Technology
and innovation has accelerated our growth, rather than hindering it in the case
of some companies, with the result of the business doubling in size every 4
years.

We have 18 Art Agents preforming sales tasks, 5 compliance staff, 7 designers

and other various managerial roles. Finding talent is what it's all
about. I often liken the job to being like one of those old-fashioned telephone
exchange operators pairing the right person through to the right client.

It’s busy here. We turn over nearly $8 million in sales from clients around the
world. The artists and clients you would be in contact with see you as an im-
portant link in the chain towards seeing the fulfillment of a brief, resolution of a
contract, or step in the payment chain. It’s these relationships that I think bring
the most job satisfaction. It is also important to note that there is growth and
career potential as the company expands.

needs. Our highly experienced and focused research team has been sourcing the
best talent throughout the creative arena for over 25 years. We have the ability to
collect, analyse, and organise research & intelligence data with extensive knowledge
of the commercial environment.

ITSme Learning is our educational platform, developed by creators, for artists and
authors. ITS about sharing knowledge you need to grow through insider industry
tips and exclusive resources in the form of video tutorials, professional round table
discussions, Q&As, live interviews, articles, online courses, forums, and the ITSme
Society Podcast series. Our educational content spans industries, featuring resourc-
es for those in illustration, design, animation, writing, commercial art, and film.

ITSme Networking offers you news and insights into what our network of agents, art-
ists, authors, and clients are working on. It enables self-represented artists to join our
Instagram campaign where they are encouraged to connect, promote their work and
share ideas with fellow creatives.

And, our ITSme Society currently consists of eight members working in the crea-
tive fields of design, animation, literary, commercial art, illustration, film, and design
industries. It is formed with the primary intent to influence positive change under our
charter “Positive E.F.E.C.T.S” advancing the Environmental, Financial, Ethical, Col-
laborative, Training, and Social standards, of the Independent Creative Businesses
(as signed) “Agencies.”

Design and Marketing Professional
We are looking for a Design and Marketing Professional to join our Team at ITSme.

You will be joining our fun and creative team with the flexibility of working remotely. The team
will be there to guide you every step of the way. This is a varied position with a high degree
of training; you will be given a cross-section of marketing tasks typical to promoting freelance
talent and creative services including:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Good proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a must
- Excellent time management skills
-Formal training or experience in Marketing

Previous Experience (required):

- Freelance or Studio Designer
- Office experience
- GA course or qualification or similar
- UX/UI design experience
- Some expertise on WordPress

Main Duties Summary:

- Designing email Marketing, using platforms such as Mailchimp HTML emails
- Designing websites
- Managing Marketing Resources across a group of Agencies, team of 60
- Management of external developers

The Design and Marketing Professional starting salary is $12k per year depending on
experience and after training.

Expect a long and lucrative career at ITSme (we have a very high retention rate), the market
in kids and decorative publishing is buoyant and above all the people in it are great. We offer
full training in a casual virtual environment. Expenses are paid to travel - World Wide,
London, Italy etc. or if you need a face-to-face meet up, alongside great healthcare plans.

Working hours for this position are approximately Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
and Friday from 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected
to report to a physical office.

Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.
