You will be working as part of an amazing IT team with an eNPS of 61.5.

Requirements
Key duties include:
Provide support for all IT-related matters.
Manage all Desktop, Linux, and Windows infrastructure.
Achieve agreed service level agreements.
Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
Contribute to IT-related projects.
Work with third-party vendors as required.
Other associated tasks as directed by Respect.
What you can bring to the role:
A completed ITIL foundations certification (desirable)
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
The following technical knowledge is strongly desired:
G-Suite / Google workspace.
Office 365.
Printer management and administration.
Microsoft Server. Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems.
Microsoft Active Directory.
Microsoft Terminal Services.
Linux Server Administration
Virtualisation Technology (ESXi, Xen Server Hyper-V).
Storage Area Networking.
TCP/IP Networking.
Virtual Private Networking.
Antivirus Technologies.
Backup Technologies
