AIA Singapore has its squad at Nongsa Digital Park (Batam). NDP is located in a special economic zone, which
is part of both countries' initiatives to create a Digital Hub with vibrant tech ecosystems. So they are inviting all
the Indonesian geeks / IT enthusiasts to join and collaborate with Singapore companies within the same area.
Once the border is open, there's a possibility for you to visit/work together with the SG team in their headquarter.
It also allows the SG team to go back-forth to Batam and work closely with the squad at NDP.
Batam is the nearest city to SG, and lately, it's pretty hard to get the permit to work directly in SG. Therefore,
Glints is here to help both sides (talents & companies) to be able to connect and collaborate. We also aim to
provide ease and comfort for thousands of tech talents who have to move to Batam through this plan and give
our talents international exposure. However, we understand that we can't predict the current situation, but we
can assure you that we have set a strict protocol for those working in our office even today.
