dynamic competency frameworks to guide their employees’ personal development.
They can also get a real-time pulse on the skills inventory of the organisation’s talent
pool and empower their employees with AI recommendations to personalized their
learning and receive career recommendations.

Our client has played a role on the national stage as the intelligence behind Singapore’s
national jobs portal. Internationally, they has worked with UNESCO, World Bank and the Asian
Development Bank to conduct labour market research projects using its technologies, with the results
aiding the policy-making processes in various countries for higher education, vocational education
and lifelong learning.

Are you the right talent with?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software
• Possess strong computer science fundamentals; data structures, algorithms, programming
languages, distributed systems and information retrieval
• At least 3 years in Back End development experience designing and building web applications
and web services
• Embrace understandable, testable, secure coding with an eye towards maintainability
• Strong command in Java (Spring boots), MySQL, Postgres (Databases)
• Experience or exposure in development of Large CMS, e-commerce website, payment
integration, shipping integration or general API integration with third party services
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting for root causes
• Embrace teamwork
• Good command in English
