Terms and Conditions

The client shall pay a sum of Rs 5000 on monthly basis for maintaining the website and for the services
rendered. The client shall pay 5% commissions on the Gross sales as fees for that particular month. The
various services would involve

 Monthly update of the website

 Additional products to be uploaded (Maximum of 5 product and the client shall provide the
product photos)
 Create new campaigns and Run the campaigns
 Ad reporting
 The monthly package does not include monthly fees for the website which is approximately 30$
 The client shall pay the annual fees for Payment integration which is approximately 1000 Rs.
 The ad budget is decided by the clients

