6. Resources will be allocated after receiving the advance amount.

7. Client is supposed to provide timely approval (whenever required), in case of any delay more than
72 hours, milestone date should be extended accordingly.

a regular basis.

c. An agent will be allotted that will moderate the page, make updates and interact with an

2. Performance reports based on any campaign shall be provided post campaign completion.

3. Paid and sponsored posts on google Adwords and social media must be paid by the client directly
using his own credit card.

4. Content in some cases will be provided by the client.

5. App Innovative will not be liable to client or any other third party for any indirect, special, incidental,
punitive, cover or consequential damages (included but not limited to, loss of business, loss of
pro ts or any business interruption) occurred by the activities performed on Social Media.
