1.0 PROBLEM STATEMENT
The economic sector is one of the heavily hit sectors during the covid-19 pandemic.
However, companies have to adapt to the changes and try to recover during this
crisis. Suggest a business model that can be successful during this testing time.

2.0 RECOMMENDED SOLUTION

Type of solution for this problem is concept service. Our group suggested to
build an application in which there are many services that we can find during this
covid-19. These merchants also need to make a delivery service to the customer's
home. This application can be downloaded for free and can be used anywhere. But
must have good internet data. During delivery, the staff will place items that
customers buy a meter distance from the customer and wear a mask. With this sales
can prevent any infection that we do not want.

There are many sellers that can be found in such as grocery stores for kitchen
items such as rice, sugar, salt and western food such as Pizza Hut, Mcdonal, KFC,
Secret Recipes and Pharmacy. This application also has various features such as
being able to know the position of the delivery is. That way, customers will be better
prepared to receive the goods they oder. In addition, this application also has certain
rewards for loyal customers. With that, customers can collect reward points to grab
the prizes provided such as discount delivery or free of charge delivery. The reward
can also be used in certain movie venues and bowling at selected locations.This
application also has restaurent for thai food, malay and so on. Pharmaceutical items
are also available in this application. Such as masks, hand sanitizer in large quantities
and low price through this business application. With the use of this application will
be able to help those affected during this covid-19 pandemic.
