    Prepare a maintenance schedule

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES

    Prepare a maintenance schedule for equipment in a workshop


    area/ section

    PROCEDURES

    1. Download the template for a maintenance schedule


    (Download 2.1.1).
    2. Determine the workshop section/ area. Include the other
    important details such as the name of your institution, the
    qualification, the duration of the maintenance schedule and
    the person in-charge.
    3. Identify the training equipment located in the selected
    workshop section/area. If applicable, you can also indicate the
    inventory code of each item.
    4. Consult with the user’s manual and indicate the maintenance
    activities for each training equipment.
    5. Determine the schedule when each activity should be
    undertaken and the person who will be responsible in doing
    each maintenance activity.
