    1. Moringa dip

    2. Moringa debittered leaf powder

    3. Moringa Chutney powder

    4. Moringa Instant beverage mix

    Moringa dip: The dip can be used as an adjunct with various snack foods. It is also a good source of
    protein and other nutrients.

    Moringa debittered leaf powder: The product can be used for the preparation of instant products with
    Moringa leaf protein and other ingredients. The product can be used as a good source of protein at
    economic price.

    Moringa chutney powder: It can be used as an adjunct for snacks and breakfast foods.

    Moringa Instant beverage mix: It is used as a protein beverage formulations and can be consumed with
    milk or hot water by children, adults, teenagers and aged people.

    Shelf life of the product is about 6 months.


    Raw material : Fresh Moringa leaves, Bengal gram , Black gram , Coriander seeds , Red chillies ,
    Tamarind (deseeded & dried), Turmeric powder , Garlic , Salt , Chilli powder , Ragi malt , Sucrose
    powder , Flavor Vanilla etc.

    EQUIPMENTS REQUIRED: Washer, Stainless steel preparation tables, . Blending tank with agitator, SS
    steam jacketted kettles, Cross flow hot air drier, Boiler , Packing machine etc.
