This is to certify that upon a preliminary random inspection of the above, the Goods appear to be of satisfactory
quality and have been authorized for shipment under the following terms and conditions :

1) The provision of this Certificate does NOT:

a) Relieve/release or absolve the sellers/manufacturers from their contractual liabilities and responsibilities for their
Product with regards to quality, quantity or usability

b) Prejudice the buyer's right to claim towards sellers/suppliers for compensation for any opparent and/or hidden
detects/quality/pocking problems or shortages not detected during our random inspection and which are discovered
after the random inspection or after shipment or arrival of goods or after delivery of goods lo the end customer, up lo
o period of 6 months after receipt of goods at destination port.

2) lf any quality problems are detected after receipt of goods at destination which fall outside the AQL levels agreed,
then buyers shall have the option to :

(a) Reject the entire consignment and claim o full refund of the value of goods, transport, duty and customs
clearance, and all direct and consequential costs

(b) if the goods are repairable and the end customer is willing to accept the late delivery, then buyers shall
have the goods re-inspected at destination and all costs associated with this including inspection, transport,
refund of rejects plus any other direct and consequential costs shall be payable by suppliers.

3) The Issuing Party of this certificate is only acting as the authorized monitoring agency and issuance of this
certificate by them does not imply any responsibility on their part in the event that any of the occurrences mentioned
in paragraph 1 or 2 take place. The suppliers HAVE to ensure that all goods conform to the quality agreed and any
consequences of non-conformance shall be the sole and total responsibility of the suppliers.
