COMES NOW, movant DENNIS EPHAN BUTAL, by himself, unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states─ THAT:

1. I am the lawful owner of the articles seized during the implementation of

Search Warrant No. 20-111 (a copy of such warrant is part of the
exhibit in the above-entitled case), a copy of my business name
registration for SINSEGAE MARKETING is hereto attached as “ANNEX
A”;

2. On November 12, 2020, the Office of the City Prosecutor of General

Santos City resolved for the DISMISSAL of the complaint against
respondent MARIBEL GECONCILLO LEE. A machine copy of the
Resolution dated November 12, 2020 is hereto attached as “ANNEX B”.

3. I would like to take custody of the seized articles, a copy of our inventory
of said articles prior to its seizure is hereto attached as “ANNEX C”;

4. The said articles is now under the custody of the Police Regional Office
XII, Tambler, General Santos City;

5. I undertake to produce the same in any time it be needed in court.

Prayer

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that an order for
the release of the articles subject of the above-entitled case be release to the undersigned.
