INFORMATION
The undersigned Public Prosecutor accuses __________________ of

violation of SECTION 11, ARTICLE II OF REPUBLIC ACT 9165

committed as follows:

That on the 12th day of December 2022, at Barangay Loob, in the

Municipality of San Antonio, Province of Quezon, Philippines, and within

the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,

without being authorized by law, did then and there willfully, unlawfully

and feloniously have in his possession, control and custody one (1) heat-

sealed transparent plastic sachet containing 0.1108 gram of

methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu), a dangerous drug, without

authority of law.
