The undersigned accuses Angelo Manuel (@Gelo) of violation of Section 5,

Article II of Republic Act 9165, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about 5 am December 12, 2020 in the city of Plaridel,

Philippine, the said, not being then authorized by law to sell, trade, deliver or
give away to another any dangerous drug, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and knowingly sell to PCpl Pastor Bondoc Police poseur-buyer
of TWO POINT FIVE (2.5) kilograms white crystalline substance containing
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a dangerous drug.
Contrary to law.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Information is filed pursuant

to Section 7, Rule 112 of the 2000 Rules on Criminal Procedure, the accused
not having opted to avail of his rights to preliminary investigation and not
having executed a waiver pursuant to Article 125 of the Revised Penal Code. I

11[1], Article II of Republic Act 9165, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about December 12, 2020 in the city of Plaridel, Philippine,

the said accused not being then authorized by law to possess any dangerous
drug, did the and there willfully and knowingly have in his possession and
under his custody and control ONE (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic
Bag with the following subsequent markings and recorded weight, to wit:
 12-12-20 signature - TWO POINT FIVE KILOGRAMS (2.5KGs)

TWO POINT FIVE (2.5) kilograms of white crystalline substance containing

Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a dangerous drug.
Contrary to law.
