Term Project Guidelines-II


Final Papers Due: Sunday, January 12, 2020

I. PROCEDURAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Term Paper will be done in groups (5 students each). Groups will be formed by the
students and will be communicated to the Instructors by Wednesday, Oct 16,
2019. Note that once formed, groups will not be changed. Use the following format
for submission:

2. Term Project Details are given in TERM PROJECT GUIDELINES-I.

3. The team lead (ONLY) of each student group is required to be present on


Wednesday October 16, 2019 (UGCL @ 11:00 am sharp).

II. SUBMISSIONS AND VIVA


1. Step Wise Submission Dates.

You must submit relevant data (software file and completed project brief
document) at the official course email on or before the deadline. The file name
should be: TPG_XX_Fall 2019_STEP YY; where XX is your term project group
number and YY is the respective step being submitted. For e.g. a term project
group number 08 submitting step 15 would name their file as TPG_08_Fall
2019_STEP 15. Refer Table below for Step Wise Submission Dates.

2. Group Viva and Presentation


All groups will be required to appear in viva/present their term projects. The
respective schedule will be posted later.

III. GRADING
Term Paper will constitute 25% marks of your Sessional Marks

IV. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES


The interim and final submissions will be judged on the following rubrics:
a) Completeness of Work
b) Quality of Work
c) Report Presentation/ Layout
d) English Usage

You are required to also submit MSP/Primavera P6 file.
