In this assignment the home country is Canada and the host country is Poland. In 2020
foreign exchange rate of the home country's currency in the host country is 1 Canadian dollar
equal to 2.8134 Polish Zloty and the foreign exchange rate of Polish Zloty 0.355. In the last
year 2019, the exchange rate was 1 Canadian dollar was equal to 2.9125 Polish Zloty, and the
Polish Zloty currency exchange rate was 0.343 [ CITATION XEc20 \l 1033 ]. According to the
exchange rate of the previous year it was found to be higher than this year, and the exchange
rate of Poland also increased this year. Canadian currency is more valuable than Poland's
currency. In order to maintain the international relationship home country always supports
the host country for the purpose of expanding their operation. On the basis of rate of foreign
currency all the bilateral relation depend upon the currency effect on the international
business.

In the previous year, the rate of foreign exchange of 1 Canadian dollar was equivalent to
2.9125 Polish Zloty and nowadays the rate has changed 1 Canadian dollar equal to 2.8134
Polish Zloty. This year, the rate of the Polish Zloty is 0.35 in Canadian currency and the
Canadian dollar costs 2.81 Polish Zloty [ CITATION Pou20 \l 1033 ].

In Poland, generally, the college fee structure starts from 8000 PLN in a year which is
equivalent to 3024.91 Canadian dollars. There are many universities in Canada and according
to research; it was found that the minimum fee structure starts from 5000 Canadian dollars
which are equivalated to 14,500 PLN. The fee structure is quite high in a Canadian
university, but due to the standard education system, there are many students from various
countries who take the admission there. With the help of the currency rate, the fee structure
can be calculated, and it can help for comparing the fees in the different countries like Poland

where different ventures are included. The marketers always take an innovative idea and this
innovation of product-market is called Entrepreneurial firm. If the firm is being set in the host
country is will be benefited because the rate of the currency is quite low in Poland.

for the company to enter the host country.

The equity model is considered by the joint venture, wholly owned subsidiaries. On the other
hand non- equity is considered by export, contractual. The advantage of equity mode, allows
the company to be closer to the customers, on the other hand, non-equity mode help to make
strategy, develop the productions or services, etc. So, at the entry level it will be beneficial to
the host country's company if they choose equity mode. Another opportunity for equity mode
is the source of income. There is a minimum of 50% profit gain from corporate revenue. On

With the help of advantages and disadvantages, it can be considered that equity mode is more
beneficial for the company.

The proper strategy and the structure, which can help to expand the company and the
business in the host country is the company's global expansion strategy, as it can help to
make the legal plan and official roles and regulations. A proper legal plan of the company
helps to expand the capacities on a large scale of different countries. When a company extent
it's facilities in the global stage and across various countries then the company is called a
Global company.

Here, the home country is always trying to make an export strategy in Poland's expended
company.

An export strategy is included with the product and the services. Exporting creates a new
market, better profits and more sales, new customers, etc. when a company is concentrated on
the operation part then the export strategy is applied. At the initial stage it doesn't have the
intention to expand worldwide some there are some products which help to increase the
demand in the global stage. With the help of global demand the international business starts
on a large scale and helps to increase the opportunities. Export strategy never tries to
personalize items or services in international business.

According to the bilateral relations of Poland and Canada, the export strategy is really helpful
to expand the company on a large scale and help to maintain the bilateral relation. On the
other hand the global structure is helping to develop the legal plan, the structure of the
company, the official's roles and regulations. With the help of this global structure a company
can expand its business on a large scale.

This provides the conducting an international or host talent into the parent or home country.
This process is used when the company need someone who ready to present physically only
the best and suitable person get this opportunity. The company or the country uses the
geometric recruitment method for global outlook. There are management systems who
manage the hiring process. They should make the advertisement for the recruitment, where
job profile, job role all is described. The sources of the candidates should not be located in
one location. The agency should ask the candidates for international career or fair [ CITATION
