Dear Mr Butcher,

The cleanliness of the New York’s regions and the health of the soil is a primary concern to
New Yorker and the global community whose livelihoods depend on well-managed wasted that start
s with the dirt beneath our feet. Therefore, New York's polluted regions require the use of the best-w
asted management practices during the sewage and environmental treatment to remove litter, saw apa
rt large debris, and minimize erosion and sedimentation and to properly manage surface soil runoff.
While there are many challenges to maintaining a healthy environment, there are a dedicated group o
f people, including The Nature Conservancy, who is a non-profit organization which work to innovat
e and maintain a healthy environment and sustainable soil in polluted regions in all over the United S
tate. However, deficit operating funds has resulted in insufficient staffing among field regulatory cre
ws. Therefore, the waste management project comes to a halt.
We here at The Nature Conservancy are so proud of our recent work to has successfully remo
ved 200 tons of waste in the past two months alone. We do realize that our mission to innovate and
maintain a healthy environment and sustainable soil in polluted regions all over the United State is a
24/7 undertaking. We need your help to continue our work. We are hoping to raise donation $300,00
0 to ensure every payment of wages for field workers and the janitors for the next 1 year. Please cons
ider that our 50 field workers and janitors are facing termination of employment since the deficit of o
ur funds. A small gift of $500 will provide a full wage for a month for one of our crews. Would you
please consider donating $300,000 to help us to complete that project? If you’d like to make a gift, pl
ease visit our donation page here: https://www.nature.com. Any support is greatly appreciated. We ar
e just excited to get to work. We would like to thank you for being a part of our community and our
story. As a nonprofit organization, we completely rely on community support. None of our efforts w
ould be possible without the help of donors, volunteers, and supportive community members like you.
Thank you for considering joining us in this movement to get New York’s region cleaner and
has a healthier environment. I thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and I look forward t
o hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
