1. How social networking change the flow of enterprises?

 Social media allows businesses to build more meaningful relationships and get to
know future consumers better. A business can build a fan base and receive
feedback from their target audience. It can create new avenues of traffic that lead
people to their products and solidify their identity to the consumer. (David Eccles

 Enterprise networking for improving marketing and sales, social networks have
become an ideal place for marketers and businesses to keep up to date with the
latest industry trends it can boost marketing strategy by: Direct interaction
between customer and service providers, running marketing campaign and

 It makes a company more accessible to new customers and more recognizable

for existing customers, social networking helps promote a brand’s voice and
content. Sharing blog posts, images, videos, or comments on social media allows
followers to react, visit the company’s website, and become customers.

 Social media has also scaled up competition between businesses. Small

businesses now have a chance to compete with corporations through social

CONCLUSION:
Social networking creates a big impact into the world of business or
enterprises. Even the small business can be popular because there are a lot of
existing platforms that is visible and applicable to use for promoting such
products or gathered customers. Social networks become an ideal place for
marketers and business because it is a growing crowd that people all over the
world can access, notice a business and easy to receive an information. In social
networking it creates a new way how to connect and communicate to its
customers like chatting directly into a business account, it’s become convenient
nowadays there is someone who will assist you and to your inquiry, you don’t
need to go personally where they are located, the product may come to you
easily. The importance of having this is that the process of work will become
easier because there is a distribution of work called where one or the employees
have their own job role that helps the management of an organization to enhance
the productivity of their existing workforce.
2. . What are the advantages and disadvantages of social networking?

The advantages of social networking are allowing people to stay connected and
provides opportunity to share information. Social networking creates popularity of
a brand for business and even small business too since they are also active in
their social networking sites which is easy for them to answer inquiry and
manage orders. The news can no longer be seen or heard on television, through
social networking sites it will be easier to share news and notify the public. Using
mobile phones, tablets etc, it can tell people. The news we have in our country
can also reach other neighboring countries. The disadvantage of social
networking is that having unreliable information may spread quickly, it can easily
go viral and can cause panic and harm to people. Some people do not have
enough capacity to determine which reference is legitimate and which is not.
Posting pictures is can be an example of data sharing so there are people who
can take advantage to it especially the strangers so before you post something
you may change the group of people who are allowed to see what you have
posted. Hacking is not that new for us people who make use of several social
networking sites, they are the computer experts who wants to steal the accounts
even the identity we have. So as a user, we must avoid saving passwords on
public devices like computer shops or other phones, and do not just fill up and
put an account on networking sites that suddenly appear.
