Rubric Scoring Summary

Excellent- 17 - 21 points
Acceptable- 12 - 16 points
Unacceptable- less than 12 points

To receive an excellent rating, students must achieve a total of at least 17 points


which can represent any combination of excellent, acceptable, or unacceptable as long
as a total of 17 points are earned. Each category is equally weighed so that a total of
17 - 21 points are achieved for excellent, 12 - 16 points for acceptable, and less than 12
points for unacceptable.
