The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945 after and

the second war by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security

to give life a meaning.

The Global Interstate system, is the whole system of human interactions. The modern

world system is structured politically as an interstate system a system of scientist a

competing and allying states. Politically commonly call this the "international system"

and it main focus on the field of international relations.

treatments of the links constitute a complex dual relationship's,both sides of which are

worthy of seniors analysis. The function and activities of the United Nations are molded

by the fundamental decisions and dynamic process of the international system. At the

same time, however, the United Nations itself is an actor in the system and it's sometimes

able to influence it's environment significally.Throughout the history of the United

Nations the impact of the organization on the systematic. The environment of

organization has a surpassed the impact of the organization on the system.Neverthless, the

influenced of the United Nations on the world politics should not be underestimated,

especially in it's more subtle and intangible. At the outset it is important to clarify the

proposition that the United Nations is an actor in world politics. These is preposition

which has been a source of widespread confusion in analysis of the United Nations can

be attacked from two widely divergent perspections. On the one hand, political"realist"

have frequently declared that the organization is not an actor of its component

members. The interpretation, however, glosses bover a member of important nuances.

Which it is clearly true that the United Nations tends to be highly.(Oran R. Young).
The United Nations is international organization. Due to its unique international

character, and the powers vested in its founding Charter, the Organization can take action

on a wide range of issues, and provide a forum for its 193 Member States to express their

views, through the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social

Council and other bodies and committees.

The work of the United Nations reaches every corner of the globe. Although best

known for peacekeeping, peacebuilding, conflict prevention and humanitarian assistance,

there are many other ways the United Nations and its System (specialized agencies, funds

and programmer) affect our lives and make the world a better place. The Organization

works on a broad range of fundamental issues, from sustainable development,

environment and refugees protection, disaster relief, counter terrorism, disarmament and
