    CLASS TUTORIAL 5 (10 marks)

    1. From data in steam tables;

    a) Determine values for Gl and Gv for saturated liquid and vapor at 1000 kPa.

    b) Determine the value for ΔHlv /T and ΔSlv at 1000 kPa.

    c) Find values for VR, HR and SR for saturated vapor at 1000 kPa. (for
    entalphy Hig and entrophy Sig, assume that steam at 179.88 C and 1 kPa is
    reference state condition).
