RE: Appeal for readmission to law school

Dear Dean Quibod,

Good day Sir!

I was a (Year level) law student of this institution for the past academic year 2019-2020.
Unfortunately, I received an email from the Law School Office stating that I was not able to
reach the required QPI. (State your failed subject/s and your grade/s). Although I passed the
rest of my subjects, it was not enough to attain the required QPI due to (insert reason, not
excuses). Thus, I am writing this appeal letter to humbly ask reconsideration on the denial
of my admission to the Ateneo de Davao University College of Law.
STATE WHY YOUR APPEAL SHOULD BE GIVEN CONSIDERATION.
1. Reflect on the reasons why you failed to reach the required QPI.
2. What are you going to change if you were given the chance to enroll for this school
year?
3. Why is Ateneo de Davao University College of Law the only law school for you?
I am aware of my shortcomings and my mistakes but I am pleading for your consideration
given the circumstances. I am really hoping that I will be given a chance to prove my worth to
this university as well as to myself. I believe that I still have the potential. I just need a few
more people to believe in that too.
