The Board Presidents and Secretaries of the Governing boards of SUCs shall ensure
compliance with this Order, for efficiency in the conduct of board meetings and preparation of
Board meeting folders/kits. Board meeting folders should be submitted by the Board Secretary
to the Chairperson and Members of the governing board at least five (5) working days before
the scheduled board meeting, and should be alerted at all times on directives and instructions
from the Chairperson of the governing board.
