IV. WRITING: BASED ON THE LISTENING SCRIPT, CHOOSE A MEAL YOU WANT TO PREPARE AND
WRITE WHAT YOU NEED FOR IT. USE THE COUNTABLE AND UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS.

M: hello rosario, I brought some ingredients


2 cup rice
3 cups of water
a little bit of salt
a little garlic
2 teaspoons oil
A: What a great thing I will teach you how to make rice
Pour a little oil until it boils. Then add a little garlic. Boil the three cups of water and add a little
salt.
After rinsing the two cups of rice, bring it to a boil. Mix a little salt in the water.
You pour the rice into the boiling water.
Cover the pot and simmer.

You pour a little oil into a hot pan. Wait for the oil to heat up. Pour the egg into the skillet. The egg
is simmered with a lid on top of the pan for about 2 minutes.
You remove the pan from the heat and cook for another 30 seconds (with the lid on the pan) to
finish cooking with the residual heat.
