Process Developer in Accounts Receivable-
Role:

 End to end knowledge of OTC Cash Application process.

 Applying INCOMING payment to the correct invoices through various modes of
payment(wire payment, cheque ,Bills of exchange, Direct debit , Credit card)
 Paying out of rebates and commission to the third parties, refunding the amount back to
the customer or credit notes to their particular bank account.
 Receiving down payments and clearing them with the invoices when they gets generated.
 Reporting of payment kept on account and solving them with the clients. This is a crucial
activity as it affects our critical metric.
 Solving the payment discrepancies which are kept in the customer account as a result of
over or underpayment and various others.
 Updating bank details in the customer master data.
 Responding to the email queries of client.
 Updating SOP’s and Exception tracker whenever applicable.
 Preparing reports and presenting them to the clients.
 Attending calls of the clients as well as the customers.
 Training new resources in the team.
