Course Title: Accounting for Governmental, Not for-profit Entities & Specialized Industries

I. Course Description: This course is the last part of the advanced financial accounting and reporting for government and not-for-profit organizations such as universities, NGOs and hospital
accounting and specialized industries like banking, insurance and extractive activities. A large part of the course covers the Philippine Government Accounting Standards (PGAS) and the
National Government Accounting Standards (NGAS) prescribed by the Commission on Audit.
