AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I , JERWIN D. MALANUM, Filipino, legal age, and a residents of Zone 7 Cabina, Bonbon, Cagayan
de Oro, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose and say THAT:

1. I am a neighbor of ROMY LIM y Miranda;

2. I noticed that for a few weeks there were cars passing by in our area and always the same car;

3. Around 10:00 p.m. on October 19, 2010, when I was smoking outside my house I saw a car in
front of ROMY LIM y MIRANDA's house;

4. I saw an armed man jump at their gate, wearing a black and blue t-shirt, and 176cm tall in my
estimation, black hair and brown skin;

5. They kicked the door repeatedly of men in civilian clothing, until they can get inside;

6. Then I just saw that ROMY LIM y MIRANDA (Lim) and ELDIE GORRES y NAVE (Gorres) were
handcuffed and put in the car.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 10th day of November, 2010, at City of
