AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, RUBENIA N. GORRES, Filipino, legal age, and a resident of Zone 7 Cabina,


Bonbon, Cagayan de Oro, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby
depose and say THAT:

1. That I am the live-in partner of ROMY LIM Y MIRANDA, and biological mother of
ELDIE GORRES Y NAVE, a machine copy of the birth certificate of Eldie Gorres y Nave
is hereunto attached and made as an integral part hereof as Annex “A”;

2. The night when the arrest was made, I was at my sister’s house in Pita, Pasil,
Kauswagan;

3. That in the morning, when I returned home, I noticed that the door was opened and its
lock was destroyed.

4. Then I took pictures of the damages, and is hereunto attached and made as an integral
part hereof as Annex “B”;
