AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

WE, DR. JUANITA A. ARCAY, LILIA P. OLAÑO, GLORIA P. PABUALAN and JENNIFER ASKIBOL,
Filipinos, of legal ages and all residents of Panglao, Bohol, after having been sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the landowners and actual possessors of land adjacent to the land of SPOUSES
NATHANIEL A. ROMERO AND LOLITA PENALES ROMERO, who are the lawful owners and actual
possessors of LOT NO. 9887-B, situated in Tawala, Panglao, Bohol, which contains an area of 86 Square
Meters. more or less;

2. That we personally know that LOT NO. 9887-B which adjoins our respective lands is not subject to
any boundary conflict with the adjoining owners, and that we likewise know that Spouses Nathaniel A. Romero
and Lolita Penales Romero and their predecessors in interest had been in open and continuous possession in
concept of owner of the subject land for more than thirty (30) years;

3. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the fact that we are the adjoining landowners of
LOT NO. 8887-B owned by Spouses Nathaniel A. Romero and Lolita Penales Romero

4. That Affiants further attest to the truth of the foregoing statements for whatever legal purpose this
may serve.
