JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, CARMELITA C. LAGUDA, FELIPE R. CAGA-ANAN and MARIA C.

NAMUAG, Filipinos, of legal ages, of legal ages, all married and residents of
Tangohay, Dimiao, Bohol, after having been sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the legitimate children and compulsory legal heirs of the
late SPOUSES FELIX CAGA-ANAN AND TEODORA RAOTRAOT of Tangohay,
Dimiao, Bohol;

2. That at the time of their death, our late parents left a parcel of land
designated as LOT 2238, Pcad 757, containing an area of .0635 has., more or
less, situated in Tangohay, Dimiao, Bohol;

3. That since the death of our late parents until the present, we have
not received any title covering Lot 2238, Pcad 757 issued by the
government in our favor or in the name of our parents;

3. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
