AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between:

DAHLIA MARIMON-LADEZA, married to Monroe Ladeza, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of
Catagbacan, Loon, Bohol, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY,

- and -

DARIUS Q. MARIMON, married to Christine C. Marimon, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of
Catagbacan, Loon, Bohol, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH

That the First Party is the lawful owner of a parcel of land situated in Catagbacan, Loon, Bohol, the
same being donated to her by her father and her brothers, in a Deed of Donation, a copy of which is hereto
attached, and more particularly described as follows, to wit;

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 29396

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 9253-A, Csd-07-02-007333) of the subdivision plan, being a portion of Lot 9253,
Pls-762, situated in the Barrio of Catagbacan, Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol. Bounded on
the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 9252, Pls-762; on the SE., along line 2-3 by National Road; on the SW., along line 3-4
by Provincial Road; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 9253-B, of the subdivision plan. Containing an area of
ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (1,262) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

That the parties herein have agreed to secure a loan with the First Consolidated Bank, Inc. (FCB),
Loon Branch, Loon, Bohol, in the amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php1,200,000.00), Philippine Currency, using as collateral the above-described parcel of land of the First
Party;

That the parties further agree that the Second Party will pay the amortization and interest due the
ONE MILLION PESOS (Php1,000,000.00) and the First Party will pay the amortization and interest due the
remaining TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS )Php200,000.00);

That as guaranty that the Second Party will faithfully pay his loan with FCB Loon Branch, he hereby
entrusts Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 29395, covering that parcel of land situated in Catagbacan,
Loon, Bohol, containing an area of 250 Square Meters, more or less;

That TCT No. 29395 shall remain in the custody of the First Party until the loan with FCB Loon Branch
shall be fully paid.

That the parties hereto hereby obligate themselves to faithfully abide with this Agreement.
