AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

WE, EMMA P. DUMAGAT, SULPICIO B. BANGHAL, CATALINO R. DAPLIN and POLICARPO L.

BAGOY, Filipinos, of legal ages, all married and residents of Alburquerque, Bohol, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we are adjoining owners of the land of GENEROSA R. LABASTIDA, designated as LOT 4418,
situated in Ponong, Alburquerque, Bohol, containing and area of 0.071300 has., more or less, to wit:

North – Lot 4417, Emma Dumagat

South – Lot 4410, Sulpicio Banghal
East – Lot 4414, Catalino Daplin and 4413 Policarpo Bagoy

2. That we personally know that LOT 4418 which adjoins our respective lands is not subject to any
boundary conflict with the adjoining owners, and that we likewise know that Generosa R. Labastida and her
predecessors in interest had been in open, peaceful and in continouos possession in concept of owner of the
subject land for more than thirty (30) years;

3. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the fact that we are the adjoining owners of
LOT 4418 owned by Generosa R. Labastida;

5. That Affiants further attest to the truth of the foregoing statements for whatever legal purpose this
may serve.

AFFIANTS FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
