People around the world face violence and inequality—and sometimes torture, even

execution—because of who they love, how they look, or who they are. Sexual orientation
and gender identity are integral aspects of our selves and should never lead to
discrimination or abuse. Human Rights Watch works for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and
transgender peoples' rights, and with activists representing a multiplicity of identities and
issues. We document and expose abuses based on sexual orientation and gender identity
worldwide, including torture, killing and executions, arrests under unjust laws, unequal
treatment, censorship, medical abuses, discrimination in health and jobs and housing,
domestic violence, abuses against children, and denial of family rights and recognition.
We advocate for laws and policies that will protect everyone’s dignity. We work for a
world where all people can enjoy their rights fully.

The LGBT people deserve to be respected. They are also affected through mental aspect
if they are always experiencing discrimination. Unequal treatment may affect their way
of living. It is unjust to let me experience violence and abuses. They deserve to be treated
as family without denial.
Don't do unto others what you don't want done unto you
Over the past decade, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people have made
significant legal and political gains in the United States, including the freedom to marry.
Despite this progress, federal law does not expressly prohibit discrimination based on
sexual orientation and gender identity in fields like employment, housing, and access to
services, and fewer than half of the states offer explicit protections for LGBT people at
the state level. Without these protections, LGBT people across the United States lack
clear recourse and redress when they are fired, evicted, or refused service because of their
sexual orientation or gender identity.

In America, LGPT people has freedom to take same sex marriage. They are just after
with equality and religion is outside the topic. Because as we can see we have freedom to
choose what we want to do in life and it’s up to us what path or choice are we going to
take. Just be happy with them and learn how to appreciate them.
As the saying goes “basta wala kang tinatapakan na tao”, just live life and live to the
foolest. Period.

ADOPTING CHILDREN SITUATION:

As a matter of fact, there are some same sex couple who are more capable of adopting
children, cause if we are going to search gays and lesbian are more responsible and caring
to their family so why oppose them?
Same sex parents has fear for the children to be judged in the future.
MINORS:
Children who are afraid to express their true colors are experiencing minority stress
because they are afraid to be judged.

I’ve noticed that a lot of gays and lesbian are very responsible and some of them are
already successful. They are so patient and creative when it comes in working,
