calling our technical support technician, our technical support team will contact you within 48 hours, the need to

Subject to the conditions set out below, Engineering Technique warrants that the Goods supplied are new and will
be free from material defects and correspond to the Engineering Technique published specifications at the time of
the shipment.

 ENGINEERING TECHNIQUE will be responsible for providing maintenance support services for products
that are of ENGINEERING TECHNIQUE purchased in legal channels
 DAMBOY/ET16 STANDARD FDM 3D Printer (Goods) is under Limited Warranty of 1 Year against
Manufacturing Defects from the Date of Installation.
 Warranty does not include spares & consumable items.
 Engineering Technique shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from fair
wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Engineering
Technique's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods
 During Warranty period the labor is free of cost; Travel-Accommodation-Food expense of service
technician/technicians will be beared by the customer
 Any Part which will be replaces will be chargeable along with the freight charges
 To and Fro shipping charges will be beared by customer if product is sent back to Engineering Technique
for repairing/replacement

Non-warranty regulations

The following conditions (including but not limited to) are not covered by the maintenance support service for this
product:

 Failure to comply with the instruction manual, installation or use, maintenance, storage, resulting in
product failure or damage
 has exceeded the warranty period
 Unauthorized alteration
 Non-Engineering Technique or Non authorized service agencies and their personnel disassembly and
repair
 Without Engineering Technique permission, unauthorized changes to their inherent settings file or virus
damage caused by product failure
 Accidental or human behavior lead to product damage, such as input inappropriate voltage / high
temperature / water immersion / mechanical damage / broken / serious oxidation or rust products and so
on
 Customers back to repair on the way, due to transport, loading and unloading caused by damage
