After conducting
extensive research
through reviewing my
most purposeful work
from this class and
previous courses, I
have ten life themes

Introduction that I’ve noticed have

trended throughout all
my work. In the
following slides, these
ten themes will come
to life as I use personal
examples along with
evidence from
previous assignments I
have completed.
Research Process and Methods
My process for gathering data and analyzing that data started with making sure I had all
previous documents on hand, through opening many tabs, along with printing off
assignments. This allowed me to carefully go through each document and highlight
important material that I found useful for this project. I took notes, all while using a
highlighter to bold material that showed evidence of personal and professional
experiences. Using this process helped me to refine the important information and to
discover and create a life theme. After going through each assignment, I created a table
to help me keep the information organized. This was a very time-consuming process,
but it has helped me to create a PowerPoint that includes the MOST important
information, all while keeping my life theme organized and simple. I most definitely
underestimated the amount of time that this project and process would take.
The data I used for my
research were all
previous assignments I
had used or created
while taking
Organizational

My Data Leadership courses.

Many of these classes
focused on self-
assessments. This
Sources project allowed me to
analyze each
assignment and
discover more about
myself. This process
has allowed me to
recognize both my
strengths and
weaknesses.

Conclusion
I enjoyed creating this project. I found it helpful to have the opportunity to
analyze and utilize previous work from all the courses I have taken. This also gave
me the chance to learn more about myself personally and professionally. I have

improving and developing to help me to become the leader I need to be.
