ADVICE
the patient is aware of the cardiac risk certainly it is moderate and wishes to proceed with needed surgery I do not feel any
further cardiac evaluation is needed at this time and the patient may follow up with doctor harshesh after discharge regarding
mild thrombocytopenia I would prefer that to hospital list and continue Proton pump inhibitors for history of gastroesophageal
Reflux disease management of left hip fracture as per orthopedist
2 Dolo proxyvon 500 mg Once a day Oral, with or W/O food Continue
