Careers in Graphics Questions

Q6- ‘Lifelong Learning’ is the process of upgrading and updating one’s job skills and knowledge
to keep pace with technological changes in a field. In the world of graphic design, this may
mean to download the newest software to create your art pieces or to see what designs are
trending. Doing this ensures the best likelihood for attracting customers to your business.

Q9- The standard to which on-the-job conduct and performance is based off is called work
ethic. This could be the amount of time you have devoted to your craft, or possibly the level of
excellence that is expected from your products.

The various careers in the field of graphic design are creative designers, user experience
designer, production artist, etc.. The career that would work best for me though would
definitely be a marketing specialist. Within this career, you are responsible for maximizing sales
for a company through advertisements that captivate the audience's attention and make the
feel a certain way. These artworks must meet these requirements within a split second of being
seen. This requires great creativity and research in order to be done.
To be a marketing specialist, it is highly recommended to have a least a bachelor's
degree in this field, while some employers require an MBA. I can personally get a head start by
either selling simple products or even partnering up with another entrepreneur and market
their product. Either approach I take, I would have to focus less on the product itself and more
on the marketing aspect of things to gain the most knowledge and experience in the profession.
On top of that, I would be making money through my sales which can then be spent towards a
college education.
