Schedule of Workshop:
This STTP program will be conducted in three
phases from November 2020 to December 2020.
The schedules for the phases are as indicated
below:

Participants are welcome to join this program by
selecting the above-mentioned schedules.
Intimation to the participant about confirmation of
Registration shall be given 4 days after the last
date of registration. The daily schedule will be
in two sessions 10am-12 pm and 2pm-4pm.
About the Institution:
R.V. College of Engineering (RVCE) established
in 1963 is one of the earliest self-financing
engineering colleges in the country. The institution
is run by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust
(RSST). RVCE is an Autonomous College.
Currently, the institution offers 12 Bachelor, 15

of more than 350, Technical & Administrative
Staff of 230 and about 250 Research Scholars

About the Department:
The Department of Electrical and Electronics,
was established in the year 1963, The
department has well qualified; passionate and
dedicated staff, most of who are engaged in path
breaking research and development. The current
annual intake is 60 students (UG) and 18 (PG-PE)
from all parts of India, The programs are a healthy
amalgam of Power Engineering, Electronics and
Computers; comprehensive and in keeping
modern trends of Electrical and Electronics
Engineering education. The
programs are accredited by National Board of
Accreditation (NBA).
STTP on “Advances in Electric vehicles “ is a
step toward supporting national interest of caring
environment by adopting electric mobility for
transportation. This STTP covers a broad areas
of topics linked to EV technology, such as the
main categories of E-vehicles and their technical
characteristics, Battery management systems ,
fuel energy economy, vehicle control
V2G,environmental impact market evolution and
research advances. Also will aware about future
demand and scope of employment and modern
trends in the sector of EVs.

organizations, IIT’s, NIT’s and industry experts
from India and abroad will provide theoretical and
practical insights about Electric Vehicle
