Answer: SPACE matrix is a management tool which a company uses to analyze itself. It is also
used to determine what sort of strategies a company should adopt which would be profitable for
the company.

The SPACE matrix which is given in the scenario shows that the most important strength of the

SPACE matrix also shows that. Second highest score is of industry strengths of 4.25 that shows
the industry of the firm is strong. Then the environmental stability average is 3.40 which again is
another positive attribute of the company the environmental stability is important and that is
quite sufficient for this company. The last is the competitive advantage average is 2.80 lower
than the others but still above average. This SPACE matrix tells that the company needs to

overcome all its threats and weaknesses and develop a better market for themselves. They should

Answer: As I have chosen the market development strategy. To ensure the strategy I would use
the human resources and skilled workers and employees who would be specialized for the job
secondly would focus on the customers which customers are regular and what new customers
demand and try to fulfill their demands. We would use technology for various reasons in the
firm which would help to finish the tasks. The three ways I have mentioned would also resolve

would help company to achieve its goal.
