MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully files this motion by alleging, that:

1. This case is scheduled for arraignment of the accused

on May 5, 2017, at 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel will not be available

on said schedule as he will be in Manila Metropolitan Trial
Court Branch 5 for the case entitled “ 8 Sources, Inc., herein
represented by Its Accounting Manager Virginia del Rosario
vs. Lutero Farms and/or Kenneth Navarro Lutero, Civil Case
No. 16-11568-C, For: Sum of Money.”

3. Hence, he is constrained to seek the resetting of the

hearing on May 5, 2017 to another schedule;

4. This motion is filed in good faith and solely on the

ground afore-stated.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

filed of this Honorable Court that an order be issued
resetting the hearing on May 5, 2017 to another date.
 All just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed.
