MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully files this motion by alleging, that:

1. This case is scheduled for Preliminary Conference and

Pre-trial on April 25, 2018 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon;

2. However, the undersigned counsel will not be available

on said schedule as he is simultaneously scheduled to
appear before the Regional Trial Court Branch 37 General
Santos in the case PP vs. Zapanta, et. al Criminal Case No.
21945 For Violation of PD 532;

3. Hence, he is constrained to seek the resetting of the

Preliminary Conference and Pre-trial on April 25, 2018 to
another schedule;

4. This motion is filed in good faith and solely on the

ground afore-stated.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully

filed of this Honorable Court that an order be issued
resetting the hearing on April 25, 2018 to another schedule .
