Mansor is feeling pain in shoulder


Mansor is 52 years old carpenter, presented to the local clinic with right shoulder
pain, he mentioned that the pain happened suddenly while he was lifting some woods to use
in his work, he described the pain in the upper and front parts of his shoulder, the pain rises
when he washes his head during a shower.
On examination the doctor noticed that there is some weakness in the initial part of
abduction and external rotation, this weakness is associated with pain.
The doctor requested radiological examination, and he made the diagnosis: rotator
cuff tears.
