MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between:

The INFINITY RESORT PUERTO GALERA an industrial establishment

located at Talipanan, Puerto Galera represented herein by MS. MARILOU
MORILLO in her capacity as manager hereafter referred as First Party.

The CENTER FOR TOURISM SKILL INSTITUTE, INC. non-government

institution located in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro represented in this
agreement by Engr. Ronald Pascual as President in his capacity as President
hereafter to as Second Party.

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS the school is offering Technical courses wherein the students

are required to undergo on the job training (OJT) as per UTPRAS in order to be
adequately exposed to actual industrial situation thereby augmenting formal
schooling;

WHEREAS the EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NC III undertakes

to carry out in plant training for the CTSI student trainees at its various
industrial facilities in order to cultivate a pool from which it might recruit
prospective workers as well as to give assistance to the school in its technical
qualifications offering.

Now therefore the INFINITY RESORT PUERTO GALERA and CTSI agree
to the following scheme. The student trainees will undergo 64 hours from
November 13-21, 2017.

The CTSI shall:

1. Recommend students who will undergo on-the-job training (OJT)

2. Submit to the industry whatever documents are required under program
 3. The waiver of the student trainees attested by their parents shall be
submitted to the Employment Office prior to the commencement of the
training
4. Perform such other task and activities as may be necessary and in the
furthermore of the objective of the training
5. Assure Infinity Resort Puerto Galera that the graduates will eventually be
their prospective employees in case of job opening.
6. Designate OJT coordinator who will with the industries regarding the
various activities under this program

The CENTER FOR TOURISM SKILL INSTITUTE, INC. shall:

1. Screen and preferred students recommended by the school to undergo

on-the-job training for technical students by minimum of 64 hours
2. Provide traineeship allowance to students subject to availability of fund
3. Issue certificate of completion to students upon completion of the course.

Industries and School further agree that:

1. It is expressly understood that there will not employee-employer

relationship between industry and the student trainees of the school
2. The Student trainees will be personally responding for any and all
liabilities for damage to properties or injury to a third person which may
be occasioned by their intentional or negligent acts while in the course of
their training
3. The student trainees and the school OJT Coordinator shall abide by
industry rules and regulations and comply with those imposed for the
program, otherwise they shall be excluded from the participation
4. Industry receives the right to continue the on-the-job training of any
student trainees upon prior written notice to the school
5. School may pull out any student from the industry upon prior written
notice to the industry

Duration:

This agreement will take effect immediately upon signing thereof and
shall continue to full force and effect until such time that anyone of the parties
withdraw from this agreement upon thirty (30) days prior notice to the others.

IN WITHNESS WHEREOF the parties here to have signed this presents

on this 25th of NOVEMBER 2017 in INFINITY RESORT PUERTO GALERA.
